A fresh design starts at 100. A reorder starts at 72.
The minimum is a combined apparel count — hoodies, T-shirts, and long sleeves together, across weights, styles, and sizes. New customers and fresh designs start at 100 pieces. If Excel Sportswear has already produced the design and you're rerunning it, your minimum is 72. Choose the mix that fits the people in your organization.

Where can the design go?
Small chest logo + full back
The most common combo: a compact logo on the left or right chest paired with a larger, detailed design across the back. The chest mark is the up-close detail; the back is the statement people see across a room, a parking lot, or a job site.
Full front print
A single bold design across the front of the hoodie. This is a clean, modern look when you want one big piece of artwork front and center.
Both setups are full color and included. Considering full front and full back together, or more than one garment color? Tell us what you have in mind and we'll help determine the best setup.

Order details
The minimum final order for a new or fresh design — including a past customer requesting a new design — is 100 combined apparel pieces. Reorders of a design previously produced by Excel Sportswear for that customer have a 72-piece combined apparel minimum. School orders are the exception: schools may order at the 72-piece combined apparel minimum whether the design is new or a reorder. Hoodies, T-shirts, and long sleeves, across weights, styles, and sizes, may be combined to reach the applicable minimum.
Hoodie options include PC78H and PC78ZH (lightweight), PC90H and PC90ZH (midweight), and PC107H (heavyweight pullover only). Your quote will reflect the styles and quantities you select.
Final pricing is subject to product selection, availability, garment color, approved artwork, decoration requirements, and production review. Multiple garment colors require artwork and production review and may affect inks, screens, setup, and pricing.
Standard artwork development, screens, and setup are included with your order. Additional artwork versions, additional print locations, and specialty or nonstandard requirements may cost more. Taxes, freight, and nonstandard work are not implied to be included.
